Improved display of SCL version conversion results
Edition 1 downgrading should remove TDO with name longer than 10 character
Edition 1 downgrading should remove TDA with invalid FC
Edition 1 export erroneously flagged PhysConn parameter type as invalid
Edition 2.0 downgrading should remove ExtRefs with duplicate intAddr (due to removal of disambiguating attributes)
Suppress IED dialog should show original SCL version of IEDs
