Library improvements

Copy & Paste of Library elements in the Library Manager will now copy the backing files
Bay templates now correctly store the orientation of conducting equipment
Function and IED library elements can now be used in bus bar specification diagrams
Handling of logical node instance number calculation improved

Improved IEC 60870-5-104 support

Exposed CAA attribute in the default signal table
DAI creation no longer fails for specific data attributes

UI Improvements

Support for adding and removing logical node data instance values (DAI)
Support for data specification values (DAS)
Rotating unconnected power equipment takes effect immediately, not after deselection
Bay specification diagram is now closed if the bay is deleted in the single line diagram
Sampled value AppId was incorrectly labeled as SMV ID (in addition to the actual SMV ID)
Templated application groups can now override MAC addresses and AppIDs for GOOSE and SMV on a per-checkmark base
Editing the “Template” field of Functions and Conducting Equipment will now present a drop-down menu of existing library keys, in addition to free text editing
MMS Subscription (client-side initiated) now allows to choose the specific Report Application + Configuration where signal connections are created
