GOOSE and SMV Application can be converted to a "Templated Application" by qualifying Functions and Signals with roles. A "Templated Application can be added to the library and reused by assigning matching roles to Functions and Signals in a pproject.

Library Support for Equipment Functions

There is a new type of Library Functions: Equipment Function. An Equipment Function is related to a Power Equipment. When adding a Power Equipment with the Single LIne Editor a new equipment Function is created in the Function Diagram. In addition, a new tool entry in the Function Diagram is added. This allows now to add multiple Equipment Functions to the same Function.

Support for Non IEC 61850 Signals

Non IEC 61850 Signals can be added to the Signal List by using a dummy Logical Node LXXX. This signals cannot be used for any IEC 61850 configuration.
