Summary
Windows Defender erroneously flagged 3.13.6 installer as “Unknown”
Creating an IED from specification wrote descriptions without resolving variables (e.g. “Signal from <bay.name>” now properly becomes “Signal from 01” in DAI)
Fixes from previous patch were not applied universally but only on a subset of elements.
