Improvements to existing features
IEDs with fixed control blocks: If a service configuration of an application can not find any control block with compatible parameters, the reason for rejecting a control block will be logged
Bug fixes
Predefined report control blocks with configured ‘max’ were automatically decremented when a client was removed.
After an IED with freely configurable control blocks is replaced with an IED with fixed control blocks, the applications still contained stale data that would erroneously recreate the freely configurable control blocks.
Single Line and Function Diagram palettes did not correctly update when relevant library elements were added or removed
ICD file names with characters such as spaces were stored in a format unsuitable for reopening the file
