• Fixed missing log entries for report control block creation

• ReportControl.RptEnabled.max now reflects actually subscribed clients instead of maximum of all clients

• Fixed issue with erroneous error messages during communication configuration due to some SignalConnections being processed twice

• Communication configuration now logs error if specified communication is not properly implemented by preconfigured, unmodifiable IED

• Logical node prefix now properly clamped

• Subfunctions no longer duplicated when instantiating from Library

• Fixed issue that prevented LNode to be exported in SCD under some circumstances
