Communication

The communication exchange are expressed in IEC61850 over several SCL elements (e.g. dataset, Control Block, inputs,…).

One of the main concept of Helinks STS is to promote a full TOP-DOWN engineering approach fully manufacturer agnostic. This enforce that the communication exchange is also specify in a top-down approach with a IED manufacturer agnostic point of view.

The result of this approach is that the final communication configuration (dataset, ControlBlock) is totally automatized base on :
