Helinks STS Basics (2 days)
The intended audience for this training are substation and system engineers. The participants should be familiar with IEC61850 and with the substation engineering process in general.
HELINKS STS is a System Specification and a System Integration Tool. As System Specification Tool, it aims to reach an efficient and seamless integration of IEC61850 engineering and specification principles with the utilities existing engineering standards and solutions.
As a System Integration Tool, it aims to integrate IEDs from different vendors by providing device-independent application and communication engineering combined with a powerful and flexible mapping to the IEDs of different vendors.
The HELINKS STS tool training provides the necessary guidance to use HELINKS STS and to develop the understanding of how to integrate IEC61850 engineering in the overall SAS engineering process
The training consists of 4 sessions.
